PWE was founded in 1983 in East Anglia initially to serve the offshore Oil & Gas and Marine sectors. Over the past fourteen years the business has established extensive expertise in the Energy & Utilities industries with significant growth through supporting clients in the Nuclear and Renewable Energy sectors, building strong and lasting relationships.

The team at PWE has, collectively, more than 120 years of recruitment experience within the Energy, Industrial and Manufacturing sectors delivering Contract and Permanent recruitment solutions for blue- and white-collar roles, both onshore and on offshore platforms and vessels.
