With over 25 years’ experience in energy recruitment, Stuart is an industry leader and skills champion for the East of England. Stuart has a number of additional roles including New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (NALEP) Skills Advisory Panel, NALEP All Energy Industry Council Member, NALEP Energy Skills Partnership Forum Chairman,

Director of the East of England Energy Group (EEEGR) and the EEEGR Skills for Energy Chairman.

Richard has been with People with Energy for over 14 years and has an acute knowledge of the energy and recruitment industries, and excellent relationships with key contacts within the sectors. Richard is a certified recruitment professional with an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management.

As a part qualified accountant with a varied background including working offshore on platforms, Neil is brilliantly qualified to be our Business Manager.
Neil has AAT full membership (MAAT), with an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management as well as QNUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF).

As our accounts and payroll administrator, Judith has been an integral part of the team for almost twenty years and keeps our operations running smoothly.

Brandon graduated from the University of Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Business Management.

Outside of work he enjoys a number of sports, football, golf and cricket for his local club Bungay Cricket Club, where he coaches junior cricketers after completing his level one coaching badge.

As an experienced Administration Manager & Recruitment Coordinator within various sectors, Martyna’s aim is to develop new and effective ideas for PWE whilst supporting the team in delivering the best service. Martyna completed her Level 2 in Recruitment Resourcing and is due to start her Level 3 in Recruitment Practice since joining the team. Martyna qualified in Mental Health First Aid whilst working in the education sector.

Outside of work she enjoys travelling and in her spare time she likes working on her house renovations.
