The energy and low carbon technology industries are seeing rapid growth, with continued investment in renewable energy sources in the UK. Our client, a multi-disciplinary consulting group, requires a Senior Property Consultant to join their team based in Norwich. 

Job Role

Taking a key senior management role within the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of commercial and industrial property and infrastructure-related projects from development to delivery.

The successful candidate’s duties will include, but are not limited to: 

• Programme-managing the implementation of major and complex property and building projects.
  
• Ensuring that effective project management, planning, budget and risk-management controls systems are in place.
  
• Providing leadership to multi-disciplinary teams from a project delivery perspective to achieve successful outcomes from project delivery.
  
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the latest policies, building opportunities, strategies and initiatives locally, regionally and nationally.
  
• Working in partnership with external agents and key stakeholders from the public and private sector.
  
• Using up-to-date knowledge of building/CDM regulations to adhere to health and safety legislation.

Experience

Our client is seeking an individual who is ideally a member or fellow of RICS or holds a similar professional accreditation. A background in planning and development surveying or project management and consultancy would suit this position.

Pay

£42,000 - £54,000 dependent on experience.
