PA / Project Support

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive PA / Project Support professional to play a key role within a dynamic Site Delivery team. You will work closely with senior leaders, contributing to meaningful projects that drive innovation and sustainability. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and process expense claims accurately
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Support team development and effective ways of working
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with project coordination across multiple initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
