PA / Project Support

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive PA / Project Support professional to play a key role within a dynamic Site Delivery team. You will work closely with senior leaders, contributing to meaningful projects that drive innovation and sustainability. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare and process expense claims accurately
  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Support team development and effective ways of working
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with project coordination across multiple initiatives

 
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
