This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Power BI Developer to play a key role within a major programme in the nuclear energy sector. Working at the heart of the Project Controls function, you will transform complex project data into clear, actionable intelligence that supports smarter decisions across large-scale delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, publish and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports.
- Translate business requirements into robust data models aligned with WBS, CBS and OBS structures.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Produce clear, high quality visualisations that support project decision making.
- Deliver digital reporting solutions through the project data platform.
- Support monthly reporting cycles with insightful data analysis.
- Produce training materials and provide guidance to report users.
- Perform system configuration, testing and user acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, IT teams and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within Project Controls processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Advanced Power BI expertise including DAX and M.
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience developing dashboards for large or complex projects.
- Solid understanding of Project Controls environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience within construction, infrastructure or nuclear sectors.
- Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of executive level reporting environments.
- Exposure to wider analytics tools or platforms is beneficial.
