Reporting Manager

Working at the heart of Project Controls, you will help drive how performance insights are captured, analysed and communicated across a complex delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the programme performance reporting framework
- Drive the delivery of Digital by Default reporting across the project
- Establish and support a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence framework
- Produce accurate and timely monthly performance reports for leadership and governance forums
- Develop best practice reporting guidance to deliver world class programme reporting
- Maintain reporting templates, documentation and reporting cycle governance
- Engage senior stakeholders across delivery teams to improve reporting quality and insight
- Manage and mentor a small reporting team, ensuring high quality outputs
- Support executive and board level reporting requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience delivering reporting solutions on cloud based platforms within major infrastructure programmes
- Strong understanding of reporting, analytics tools and project controls systems
- Experience supporting executive boards with high quality performance reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop direct reports
- Excellent analytical capability with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in complex programme environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree in business analysis, finance, engineering, construction or similar field (desirable)
- Professional membership with APM, PMI, AACE or similar (desirable)
- Knowledge of Earned Value analysis and NEC or FIDIC contracts (desirable)
