Civil Works Programme Scheduler

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain integrated civil works schedules aligned to programme milestones.
  • Collaborate with project teams to build programmes from first principles.
  • Assure supply chain schedules and contract compliance.
  • Identify interfaces, risks, efficiencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support progress reporting, updates, and forecast to complete.
  • Produce accurate month-end forecasts, baselines, and performance reports.
  • Analyse schedule variance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate and contribute to planning and schedule workshops.
  • Manage key stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
  • Support delivery of high-quality project controls information.

 
 
Qualifications and Requirements
 

  • Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
  • Strong planning and scheduling knowledge.
  • Experience in Primavera P6.
  • Construction or major project environment experience.
  • Understanding of design and construction processes.
  • Knowledge of CDM and regulated environments.
  • Awareness of NEC, FIDIC, or similar contracts.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
