We are recruiting for a Risk & Interface Manager to work on a wind farm project in Japan.

The scope of the project includes wind turbine foundations, subsea cables, subsea cable installation, onshore substation and cabling, jack up vessels and WTGs.

Key scope for the role is to review and update project interface procedure and develop project division of responsibility into proactive interface management system. The Risk & Interface Manager will work closely with the package managers, the Project Manager and the Project Director, to ensure that each interface is actively identified, planned and managed effectively. Regular interface reporting. Handling any ad-hoc interface issues which arise during the project.

You should have experience of managing risk and interfaces on major offshore windfarm projects as a project developer including having a good knowledge and experience of offshore wind farm design, procurement, construction, commissioning/handover and project management.

Experience of working in Asia and Asian culture would be advantageous.

All accommodation and travel expenses will be paid by the client and you will work in Japan and your home office on a rotation.
