Posted on: 22/05/2014

It doesn't matter what the industry, from construction to architecture, the project engineer plays a vital role in ensuring any given project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standards expected. The energy sector is no different and we are currently working with one of our clients, a leading supplier of support vessel services to the oil & gas and renewable energy industries, to recruit a project engineer to be based at their offices in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

As the main internal and external contact for all project and client engineering activities your main duties will include:

  • Reviewing project plans, design and specifications.
  • Coordinating all manpower, materials and equipment required for the project.
  • Undertaking a progress report.
  • Monitoring budgeting for the project.
  • Ensuring all operations meet QHSE standards.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate previous experience of working in the offshore energy or construction industries, of working on large projects, and following processes to ensure that a project is delivered in a timely and profitable manner.
