In line with our expansion plans for 2021, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop the growth of our Engineering and The Built Environment team. An excellent opportunity to join a well-established agency in a beautiful part of the UK.

The role:
• Pitch and win product and recruitment solutions
• Senior Recruitment Consultant
• Create a positive and memorable candidate and client experience
• Act as a mentor to consultants and trainees
• Negotiate terms of business
• Promote and champion new and existing platforms and tools
Expectations:
• You will have a minimum of five years' experience as a Senior Recruiter or Account Manager
• Experience of the Engineering and The Built environment sector, ideally offshore wind
• Attend expo's, careers events, networking, and meet-up events
• Excellent stakeholder management ability
• Be business development focused
• Act as a brand ambassador
• Have a passion for clean green energy
Package:
• Competitive basic salary, OTE £54,000
