Introduction
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Manager for a utilities company in Norfolk.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead and motivate Mechanical & Electrical production teams.
• Plan and manage resources, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Champion Health, Safety & Environmental compliance.
• Implement continuous improvement and lean practices.
• Develop departmental plans, metrics, and staff training.
• Drive quality improvements with a “right first time” approach.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.

 
 
Qualifications and Requirements
 

• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a customer-focused production environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical manufacturing processes.
• Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven Health & Safety awareness and IT proficiency.
