Business Development Manager

Our client is a leading provider of innovative marine solutions and specialised engineering services worldwide in: oil and gas, nuclear, construction, defence, renewable energy and more. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Business Development Manager to join the Norwich office.
Your duties will include:
Undertaking extensive international marketing visits to support the growth of the company
High level market research
Exploring new markets and growing their STS base network into new countries
establishing strong localised relationships with new partners
Closely manage all stakeholders
Who they are looking for:
The Business Development Manager needs to be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making. Have the natural ability to build rapport both internally and externally and confident to sell the full scope of supply of the company, which will include face to face stakeholder meetings and presenting at industry forums.
Knowledge of offshore oil and gas market is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
